CHAYOTE LEAVES WITH OLIVE OIL


Ingredients:

  • 150 g chayote leaves
  • Roasted white sesame

Seasoning:

  • Olive oil to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon ginger powder

Instructions:

  • Wash and cut the chayote leaves into halves.
  • Bring water to a boil, blanch the chayote leaves, drain, then mix in the seasoning.
  • Serve on a plate, and garnish with roasted white sesame.
