STEAMED PUMPKIN WITH WHITE SAUCE


Ingredients:

  • ¼ pumpkin (about 75g)
  • 150 ml fresh milk
  • Salt
  • Butter
  • Moderate amount of flour
  • Moderate amount of pumpkin seeds

Instructions:

  • Remove seeds from pumpkin (no need to peel), cube, then steam for 15 minutes until soft. Set aside.
  • Take a dry pan, stir-fry the pumpkin seeds with a little butter and set aside.
  • Take a dry pan, add butter and flour, then stir-fry until fragrant. Add fresh milk and a pinch of salt, pour it onto the steamed pumpkin, and decorate with pumpkin seeds to taste.
