FRIED RICE


Ingredients:

  • 2 cups cooked white rice
  • Diced shiitake mushrooms
  • Green peas, edamame, chickpeas (or other kinds of beans)
  • Cut corn
  • Diced carrots
  • Diced veggie ham

Seasonings:

  • Salt
  • Pepper

Directions:

  • Prepare quantities of veggie ham, mushrooms and beans in proportion with the rice.
  • Heat a large sauté pan or wok with a moderate amount of oil. First add the mushrooms and sauté until fragrant. Then add the other vegetables and veggie ham. Sauté until fragrant and season with salt and pepper.
  • Add the white rice. Mix well and stir fry until fragrant.
  • Add a little ketchup, curry powder, or other seasonings to taste.
