SESAME TOFU


Ingredients:

  • 1 box Chinese tofu (soft)
  • 2 pieces of jasper bamboo shoots

Seasoning:

  • 1 tablespoon Japanese sesame sauce
  • 1 teaspoon water
  • 1 teaspoon white vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce

Instructions:

  • Cut the Chinese tofu to size and place in a dish.
  • Cut the Jasper bamboo shoots into thin strips and set aside.
  • Mix ingredients for the seasoning, then pour over the tofu. Garnish with bamboo strips.
